Hancock petitions for review of the final decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board, Docket No. SF-0353-97-0625-I-1. Mr. Hancock appealed a decision by the United States Postal Service to deny his request for restoration to his former position, and the Board dismissed Mr. Hancock's appeal for lack of jurisdiction. We affirm.
